Deliver

We are unable to deliver overseas due to laws and taxes which are impacted through the sale of alcohol.
Although an order can’t be placed online for overseas deliveries, we are able to accept payment from overseas for delivery in Australia (eg. Presents).

Beerstore uses a specialised delivery network with Australia Post to deliver your goods to any nominated area in Australia (including PO Boxes). Australia Post and their agents deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If nobody can accept your delivery when delivery is attempted, and there are no special delivery instructions, a card will be left directing you to your local post office where your goods will be left. Please note that Australia Post cannot call prior to delivery.

Identification will need to be provided to prove customers are over the age of 18.

A signature will need to be provided for proof of delivery and your acceptance that the parcel is being delivered in good condition.

A confirmation will be sent to the email supplied by you with tracking details for your parcel.

We understand the nature of the product that we ship and understand how beer can be affected by poor handling. We ensure that all goods that leave our warehouse are packaged just as we would like our own goods delivered. Australia Post’s specialised service is dedicated to sending wine and beer around the country. Their system ensures that products always remain upright and the couriers understand the sensitivity of glassware.

If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we will need to contact you. Often, products can be back-ordered, but it may effect delivery times.

All parcels sent from the Beerstore are insured against damage.  If for some reason your parcel is damaged, Beer Store will be notified by Australia Post.  Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Beer Store.

Delivery to capital cities usually occur within 10 working days. Others areas including Northern Territory, Western Australia and remote areas may take up to 14 working days.

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order (prior to us despatching your order), you may do so. Cancelling your order within a 10 working day time frame will result in a 3% administration fee.

We can’t cancel your order once we have shipped your goods.

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the items for a full refund. The cost of return postage, if applicable, is to be paid by the sender. All pruducts (including empty bottles) need to be returned. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and if the items are not beers they must be in an unused and saleable condition. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us immediately. Depending on the order and extent of damage to the goods we will be able to provide you with a credit or replacement, this is at the sole discretion of Beer Store.
