The fruit base is supported by layers of coffee, cacao, cinnamon, orange and a touch of Spanish chilli. Tasting note: Like a liquid rum-ball, the entry highlights the base spirit before a rush of cocoa, raisin cake and sweet spice. Mid palate shows excellent length with a juicy, fruity succulence through the fresh, tangy finish. Very natural.
