Bishops Finger

Bishops Finger Kentish Strong Ale is brewed by Britain’s oldest brewer – Shepherd Neame, an independent family brewery founded in the heart of East Kent’s hop country at Faversham in 1698. Bishops Finger is Britain’s most distinctive premium ale, with an intense taste that is more challenging than other brands. Bishops Finger has been awarded Protective Geographic Indicator status by the European Union, which means it is the only beer in the world which can be called a Kentish strong ale. Bishops Finger is unique in that it’s a product of a single county. It’s brewed in Kent using water from the Faversham Brewery’s artesian well and raw materials – barley and hops – all grown in Kent.
