Jelinek Slovacka Borovicka
This brandy is made from the fruit of the black and red juniper produced in the Czech Republic for over a hundred years. Its development is not much different from the production of fruit distillate. Borovichki is obtained by triple distillation of fermented pomace of juniper, then is aged for at least six months in order to achieve balance and exquisite taste. According to the manufacturer, Borovicka has beneficial effects on the digestive system.
