Balgownie Estate Bendigo Chardonnay

Wild ferment in French oak (20% new), aged 11 months on lees. To drink or to just take in that gorgeous fragrance? That's the question. It is so inviting, a medley of varietal warmth in white peach, pear, melon, yellow apple, Meyer lemon, nougat and grilled nuts. And, yes, to taste you get to enjoy the harmonious whole, silky and well structured.
