Coldstream Guard Cab Sauv

The fresh lively juicy palate evokes flavours of Christmas cake, blueberry, cinnamon, clove, baked fig tarte tatin and dark chocolate. An understated acidity enmeshes with slow-building finely-honed talc-like tannins for a velutinous texture, length of palate and subtle reverberance of flavour.
