Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from Estate Grown fruit and combines freshness and aromatic lift with classic Cabernet structure.

The name Songbird refers to the huge range of birds that Coriole have in their gardens, vineyards and native scrublands.

This Cabernet has a highly aromatic, Middle-Eastern allure – warm toasted spice, fig, date, sultana, cassia, coconut husk and the classic McLaren Vale Cabernet aromas of cassis, red fruit and blackcurrant. This vintage highlights the lighter, prettier and more floral Cabernet aromatics. The palate has a lovely fine, long line and crunchy textural tannins. This is a bright, playful and modern and Cabernet which will remain quite fresh in the bottle for some time.
