Giant Steps Yarra Valley Syrah Carignan Grenache

This lively Rhône-style blend comes from cool Yarra Valley sites, where the long growing season allows for gentle ripening and fresh natural acidity. Hand-harvested and fermented with a portion of whole bunches, the wine is aged in seasoned oak to preserve its expressive fruit and savoury complexity. The Syrah forms the backbone, with Carignan and Grenache lending perfume, spice, and vibrant red fruit.
