Hellyers Road Distillery Aurora Australis 700ml

The Hellyers Road Distillery Aurora Australis 700ml starts with a nose of creme brulee and warm brioche, enhanced by buttery shortbread and rich vanilla custard. Delicate floral notes and a touch of gingerbread add sophisticated complexity. On the palate, lush apricots and ripe peaches blend smoothly with velvety custard, highlighted by lively bursts of pineapple. The finish is delightfully sweet, with a medium length that beckons for another sip. This whisky not only embodies the spirit of its Tasmanian roots but also showcases the expert craftsmanship of Hellyers Road Distillery.
