Ingram Road Shiraz

The Heathcote Shiraz, grown on the renowned Cambrian soils of the Heathcote region, captures the bold and intense fruit character of this exceptional vintage for Shiraz. Aged in old oak barrels, this Shiraz develops a refined complexity without overpowering the vibrant fruit. With rich dark berries, subtle earthiness, and well-integrated tannins, it offers remarkable depth while remaining approachable at a young age. Perfect for enjoying now, this wine also promises to evolve gracefully, standing the test of time. Ideal pairings include grilled meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses.
