Little Green Men - Pet Nat Cider

"95% Royal Gala apples, 5% Quinces juiced separately with the quince added after primary fermentation to add some zest and funk. Finally, bottle conditioned in the Pet Nat style. While making this cider we learned that Evan, one of the partners here at LGM, knows way too much about ants and keeping them as pets. Cheers, enjoy!" - Little Green Men
