Tasting Notes & Profile

This bourbon features a high-wheat mash bill (64% corn, 24% wheat, 12% malted barley), resulting in a smooth profile. It is described as having aromas of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and spice. On the palate, notes include butterscotch, roasted nuts, honeyed sweetness, and spice with dark fruit undertones. The finish is noted as medium to long with oak spice, toffee, and peppercorn warmth.
