Mountain Culture x Superflux Daytime Karaoke NEIPA

To create a complex flavour profile that represents both breweries, we experimented with the contact times for each hop. Starting with a 6-day addition of Citra, followed by a 3-day addition of Amarillo and Simcoe, before finishing with an extra short 6-hour addition of Galaxy.

The result is bursting with passionfruit, peach and tropical bubblegum notes. A much better representation of both breweries than the impromptu Sunday afternoon duet the punters had to endure.
