MWC Chardonnay

An honest and unconfected Chardonnay perfect for any day of the week.

It possesses a pale gold hue and bursts with ripe fruit, just enough oak, and a plush texture. Look for layered flavors of pineapple, baked apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Its creamy texture is balanced with a bright backbone of acidity.

The McPherson Wine Company’s vineyards are saturated about 2 hours north of Melbourne. Their Chardonnay is organically grown and they are willing to harvest overnight while temperatures are cool to retain vital freshness.

Enjoy this selection as an aperitif or pair it with chicken, seafood with cream sauce, or corn dishes (yes, including buttered popcorn).
