Pirate Life x St Agnes Brandy Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

Following the success of last year’s collaboration, we are proud to unveil the next chapter in the St. Agnes Distillery + Pirate Life partnership.

This Imperial Stout spent eight months ageing on ex-brandy barrels from the iconic SA Distillery. In that time, characters from the spirit-soaked oak were gifted to the beer, resulting in a truly complex offering.

The malt bill, picked for its rich combination of roasty nuttiness, chocolate and subtle spice, pairs beautifully with the oak and brandy cask.

Expect an ink black pour, aromas of chocolate ganache, and a luxurious mouthfeel.

After two years in the works, we’re stoked to finally be able to share this bespoke limited release – which is indeed best shared.
