Risky Business Prosecco

Prosecco is a sparkling white wine, indigenous to the Veneto region in Italy’s north east, and is made from the Prosecco grape. It’s a great summer aperitif. Risky Business Prosecco is versatile, fresh and perfect for celebrating any occasion.

The cool climate at the base of the snowfields is similar to Italy’s Prosecco Road at the base of the mountains, allowing winemakers to grow grapes in crisp conditions.

 Machine harvested at night. Cool ferment with champagne yeast.
