St Hallet Higher Earth Syrah

An impressive black cherry and blueberry-led shiraz from Eden Valley that displays the purest of fruit aromas from the onset. It's concentrated, luscious and enduring with layers of spice, sage, roasting meats, licorice and crushed stone. Impeccable, fine long-chain tannins provide ample support. The wine sails true on lacy mineral rails, finishing long, vibrant and just delicious.
