Willow Bridge Black Dog Shiraz

Bouquet of roasted warm beetroot, earthy and sweet, blueberry and baked plums, pie crust and a sprig of rosemary. Delicious, rich and warming. Intense undercurrent of ripe fruits, balanced perfectly with secondary aged character. 18 months maturation in oak, 3 years in bottle, a stunning example of Western Australian Shiraz.
