Zontes Blackberry Patch

This is black and packed with fine tannins, cedar, cassis, liquorice, blackberries and currants, chocolate, cigar box and spice all softened by a core of clotted cream. There’s enough assertively angular Cabernet acidity to leave each swallow a mouthwatering entreaty for a forkful of protein pleasure… braised suckling lamb, rare T-Bone or gourmet snags.
